Advance bookings are normally subject to a minimum stay of 3 nights. Please phone for late availability of 1 and 2 nights stays.

Special Dietary Needs

Deposits

A minimum deposit equivalent to your first nights accommodation is required to secure your booking. If you then wish to cancel your booking, the deposit will only be refunded if the whole period of booking is re-let. Late cancellations are subject to payment for the whole booking if not re-let.

Restricted Accessibility

Wavecrest is a large Victorian Terrace Town House, more than 100 years old, with very limited accessibility. Whilst the Breakfast room is on the ground floor, there are no ground floor bedrooms. Access to all bedrooms is by stairs only. There are two steps at the front door to enter the building.
